An online rewards site that keeps track of various employees working history and performance levels. The system allows supervisors, managers, directors to monitor the progress of numerous workers around different locations in the world.

The employee can login online to see how many rewards points they have accumulated and decide whether or not they want to redeem the points for various items in the online product catalogue.
